1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The product is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging.
- The product is returned with all original labels, packaging and accessories.
- A valid order confirmation or invoice is provided.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used supplements.
- Products with broken or removed safety seals.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale products unless received damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the shipping package.
- A brief description of the issue.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
- Bank processing times may vary.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for products that arrive:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Eligible orders may instead be returned in accordance with this policy.
7. Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of our mistake, we will arrange return shipping or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
8. Refund Exceptions
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Courier delays outside our control.
- Opened or consumed supplements.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.
- Failure to follow product instructions.
